Machine guarding encloses robots, presses, conveyors, palletisers and other automated cells so that operators cannot reach a hazard while it is running. Mesh infill panels and posts are combined with hinged or sliding access doors and prepared for safety interlocks, forming a rigid enclosure that follows the cell footprint. Panels are powder coated in standard safety colours and can be re-laid when the line is re-tooled. Panel heights, mesh, door positions, interlock preparation and fixing method are confirmed against the machine layout and the customer's risk assessment, and quotations are prepared from that written specification. The listed panel widths are 0.5 to 2.0 m, heights 1.2, 1.5 or 2.0 m, wire 3.0 or 4.0 mm and posts 60 × 60 mm. Access points should correspond to the machine's maintenance requirements. Mesh panels alone do not define the safety function of a complete machine guarding installation.

Mesh guards protect access around equipment while preserving camera views across the production floor. Clear CCTV sightlines support early detection and give responders more time to act; the final specification is confirmed per drawing.
Robot cells, conveyors and service access around machinery.
Typical production is 5–6 weeks.
