Defensive Barriers — Military & Flood-Control Cellular Units
Defensive barriers are collapsible welded-mesh cells with a geotextile liner inside the cage. They are unfolded and joined on site to form a protective wall or a temporary flood barrier; sand or soil is placed inside the liner at the site and is not supplied with the units. The mesh wire choices are 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0 mm, with spring wire of 4.0 or 4.5 mm. Mesh openings are 50 × 100, 76 × 76 or 100 × 100 mm. The listed supply units include a 2.13 × 1.52 × 28.94 m configuration and a compact 0.61 × 0.61 × 1.21 m configuration; the full size table below gives the other options. Specify the required wall geometry and the planned fill before ordering. These are filled cellular barriers, not a fence system: they have no fence posts or gate infill.

Recoverable cells
A folding welded-mesh cell is lined with heavy geotextile and joined with spiral wire. Filled on site with sand, soil or crushed stone, it can form a blast wall, flood barrier or temporary perimeter.
