HighSecurityFence.eu is operated by Commercial Investment Consult OÜ (CIC), an Estonian company acting as the EU counterpart for high-security perimeter fencing projects.

One EU contract and one invoice. CIC imports and supplies complete systems for confirmed projects only — panels, posts, fixings, gates and toppings coordinated against the project drawing. There is no catalogue pricing and no loose-parts retail.
Every quotation is built from a written specification: panel class, coating, post section, gate schedule and toppings. Lead time is approximately 35-40 days FOB after deposit and approved drawings.
Customs classification CN 7308 90 98 90 and procurement code CPV 45340000. A BTI application has been submitted; the national reference is pending, not approved.
Manufacturer: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001. CE documentation available for welded mesh fence product lines (on request).
